Formerly the chairman of the Texas Bankers Association (TBA) for the 2023-2024 fiscal year, Osborn brings a wealth of experience in banking and a commitment to representing Texas bankers on a national scale.


Osborn has led WestStar Bank since 2015, steering the institution’s growth throughout the Borderplex region, which includes El Paso, Las Cruces, New Mexico, and northern Mexico.
