My little Jeremy hardly talked at all. I was worried about him. Seven years old is too old not to be talking. He was frustrated a lot, crying frequently, unwilling to join in with other children and his siblings to play, played by himself most of the time, and I hardly had any interactions with him. I felt like I didn’t know my child. Ever since working with Steady Strides, he is like a new person! He talks, initiates conversation, expresses his opinion, shares his thoughts and feelings, has less breakdowns, plays with his siblings and other children more, is more physically affectionate, and is much better able to express himself. He’s a silly tease and very smart. Things I already knew but it’s much more apparent now. My heart is full with pride and joy seeing my little guy becoming the boy he was always meant to be and I can’t wait to see how much more he progresses.
