Holly Dickson

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Holly Dickson was born in Denver, Colorado and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University in 2017 and later returned to complete her Master of Education in 2023. Holly was introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis while working as the Events Manager at Morgan’s Wonderland, where she collaborated closely with nonprofit organizations that served individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Through these experiences, she witnessed firsthand the meaningful impact ABA can have and was inspired by the strong, genuine connections formed between therapy teams and their clients.

Motivated by this exposure, Holly decided to pursue a career in ABA to help individuals build skills while celebrating and encouraging their unique strengths and individuality. She is passionate about supporting growth in a way that is both empowering and compassionate.

Outside of work, Holly is a hobbyist photographer who loves capturing special moments for friends and family. She also enjoys gardening and caring for her ever-growing collection of houseplants. At home, she is kept entertained by her six-year-old corgi, Lucy, who is full of spunk. A fun fact about Holly—she recently got engaged in November and is excited to begin this new chapter in her life.
